Unless you request a rush delivery method, all orders of in-stock items are processed within two business days of receipt of your order. Orders for rush delivery are shipped the same day if received by 11:00 AM Eastern time.

Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Delivery fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.

Our Standard Delivery method is U.S.P.S. For in-stock items delivered via Standard Delivery within the continental United States you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days of placing your order, depending on your delivery area. Orders shipped outside the continental United States may take up to 60 days to be received via Standard Delivery. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (these items are noted on the product page) and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

If you would like to receive your order more quickly, rush options (available on in-stock items within the continental U.S. only) are offered:

• Express Delivery for an additional $9.95. Orders of in-stock items will be received in 3-5 business days.
• 2nd Day Delivery for an additional $15.95. Orders of in-stock items will be received in 2 business days.
• Overnight Delivery for an additional $21.95. Orders of in-stock items will be received next business day.

Orders for all rush delivery methods must be placed by 11:00 AM Eastern time for that day’s processing. If you would like to inquire about the cost and availability of delivery for your order outside of the continental U.S., please call Customer Service at 1-888-651-8337.

Please add $9.95 for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories. Items with heavyweight charges are not available outside the 48 contiguous states.

If you have additional questions about your order, please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in your email in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately we cannot accept online orders with more than one shipping address at this time. If you would like to place an order with multiple ship to addresses, you can enter separate orders on our Web site (one for each delivery address), or place your order by phone at 1-888-651-8337.

Yes. However, because international shipping charges are based upon weight, dimensions and final destination, we must calculate the cost upon receipt of your order. When you place your order online, shipping charges will be displayed for your order, but because our system automatically calculates shipping for U.S. orders, please disregard the displayed amount. We will notify you via email of the final cost and release the order only upon receiving confirmation that you are aware of the total cost and would like to ship the item(s).

Please note that rush delivery options (Express, 2nd Day and Overnight Delivery) are not available for international orders, and some oversized items may be restricted. Please contact Customer Service at 717-633-3353 with questions about placing an international order.

Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated delivery date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our fulfillment center within 30 days. We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You will be billed delivery for each item on a pro-rated basis (based on the total dollar amount of your order) as it ships.

To cancel a backordered item, call us at 1-888-651-8337 or send us an email at custserv@Silhouettes.com and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if known, and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already been shipped to you, we will cancel it immediately. If it has already shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery and it will be returned to us.

We do our best to closely monitor inventory levels and keep the Silhouettes Web site as current as possible, but sometimes we receive multiple orders for items that are being discontinued and subsequently become permanently unavailable before we are able to remove those products from our site. When that happens, we will notify you that the item has been "cancelled" and may suggest an alternate product. Because we bill you as items are shipped, your credit card will not be charged for any items that are unavailable. If an item is discontinued, we may substitute merchandise of equal or better value. We will call you to inform you that a substitute item is available and will only ship it to you with your permission.

Whether you're ordering through our Web site or by mail, phone or fax, you can pay for your purchases with Silhouettes^® credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express or Silhouettes Gift Card. For mailed-in orders, you can also pay by check or money order (please do not send cash).

We do not offer Installment Billing at this time but we do offer Deferred Billing for credit card purchases including the Silhouettes^® credit card.

At the time of purchase we must authorize full value of your order which will reduce your available credit by the full amount. If using your debit card, Silhouettes^® will not be liable for any overdraft or bank fees incurred.

Deferred Billing Disclosure for Silhouettes^® credit card:
When you use your Silhouettes^® credit card account, no Finance Charges apply on promotional credit plan purchases if the balance is paid in full before the promotional period ends. If you use your Silhouettes^® credit card and do not pay the plan in full before the promotional period ends, or regular revolving and/or any promotional plan payments are not paid when required for two consecutive billing cycles, under this or any other Silhouettes^® promotional credit plan, the remaining balance will be included in your regular revolving balance and regular credit terms will apply. As of August 1, 2009 accounts are subject to an APR of 22.8%, this rate may vary, minimum FINANCE CHARGE of $1.00 based on Average Daily Balance.
